Details Responsibilities:
• To deal with tenant/ purchaser regarding monthly rental / deposit.
• Maintain filing system for collection rental/deposit
• Perform any other assignments given by immediate superior.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Acoountancy
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong PC skills especially for Microsoft Word and Excel applications
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Malay female preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and team work.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Able to work overtime.
• Possesses own transport.

Salary and employment package is subject to the candidate experience and discussion during interview.
